This thirty-story building is the second of Millennium Partners' Lincoln Square Complex. The sharply angled intersection of Broadway and Columbus Avenue defines the tower's site at the northern boundary of Lincoln Center. The building consists of a four-story retail base with Barnes & Noble's 65,000 square foot flagship store. Above are 23 residential and four penthouse floors. Exterior materials include buff colored brick, cast stone sills, aluminum operable windows and curtain wall, and a granite base.
