As lead architect for this prominent office and condominium tower completed in 2005, SLCE Architects demonstrated its superior technical and organizational talents. This mixed-use project occupies the entire 84,350sf site of the former Alexander's Department Store. The building has retail on the lower floors with access to the subway system, commercial office space on levels 3 - 28 and 101 luxury residential apartments on levels 30 - 52. Bloomberg Headquarters, located at the building's base, required the latest security and information technology systems provided by the numerous sub-consultants and designers.
