SLCE worked collaboratively with the developer and land-use attorney to successfully rezone this now vibrant neighborhood. 1501 Lexington Avenue is the first of three residential buildings to be built north of 96th Street following the area's rezoning. The 160 unit luxury apartment building includes a health club and neighborhood oriented retail spaces. SLCE provided full architectural and interior design services for this project.
