SLCE worked closely with the developer and land-use attorney to successfully rezone this now vibrant neighborhood. 1500 Lexington Avenue is the second of three residential buildings to be built north of 96th Street following the area's rezoning. The 211 unit luxury apartment building includes a health club and neighborhood oriented retail spaces. SLCE provided full architectural and interior design services for this project.
