Situated on a traditional brownstone block in the rapidly developing Clinton Hill neighborhood in Brooklyn, Putnam Court provides supportive housing for 34 formerly homeless adults along with affordable housing for 24 households earning up to 50 percent of area median income. At seven stories and 45,000 square feet, the building is comprised of 59 studio apartments. Amenity spaces include a landscaped rear terrace, community room, computer room and library, tenant storage, and on-site supportive services.

The masonry building has a concrete block and precast concrete plank superstructure, and features brick cladding and a broken-up façade, speaking to the nature of the surrounding brownstones. Putnam Court utilizes high-performance building systems and energy-efficient fixtures and appliances.
