2051 Ryer Avenue is a new supportive housing development from Mega Construction in Bronx’s Fordham Heights neighborhood. Built with HPD funding, it is a combination of affordable apartments for families and apartments dedicated to individuals living with mental illnesses. Amenities include a large recreation room, laundry room, and a fully tiled lobby.
