100 United Nations Plaza’s soaring vertical profile has become an East Side landmark. This 51-story glass and brick monolithic sculptural tower contains 267 luxury condominium apartments above the 11,400-square-foot public plaza, which conceals a 52-space parking facility. 100 United Nations Plaza was designed by Der Scutt Architects and SLCE worked as executive architect.
