Lincoln Square is a 800,000sf, mixed-use tower. The commercial base houses ten movie theaters including a 900 seat giant screen Imax auditorium, sports center, post office, book, music, clothing and athletic apparel stores. The base of the building is composed of granite masonry, stainless steel and glass from which rises the 38 story tower clad in a lighter tone masonry, aluminum and glass. Expansive corner windows and asymmetrical design complete the architectural composition to give vertical counterpoint to the Lincoln Center Complex. SLCE provided overall zoning, massing and coordinating of the many complex components of this mixed use development.
