Tito Plamenco joined SLCE in 1972. He has been project architect on major projects such as hospitals, schools, apartment buildings, senior citizens housing and assisted living facilities. Many of his projects have received awards, such as Main Street School, Port Washington, New York awarded by New York State Historic Preservation; award for excellence re-use project combining preservation, affordable housing and community revitalization goals, De-Kalb Low Income Apartment awarded "Project of the Year" by New York State Association of Affordable Housing in May 2004.
