SLCE worked as executive architect, in collaboration with Ehrenkrantz Eckstut & Kuhn Architects, to deliver Rego Park Center, an expansion of the existing Rego Park Mall just across the street at 62nd Drive. It is a mixed-use shopping mall of 1,332,133 square feet, with 307,867 square feet of apartments, on top of Rego Park Center, which was completed in 2010. The residential tower, branded The Alexander, is 20 stories high with 314 units, and was completed in 2016.
